Advocacy - ( Adversity+Avoidance ) = Results

Pathway to progress

Love & Co. represents a multi-generational family enterprise founded by Dr. Cindi Love in 1981 and now led by her son, Joshua Love, who has often worked with Dr. Love since 1996 as a human rights advocate, educator, diversity and inclusion trainer.  They share a common belief about their work--every wall is a door.  They have engaged people around the world in understanding the ways in which stigma, bias and institutionalized racism and sexism restrict organizational and human performance.  Dr. Love is one of the 95 content experts worldwide for the Global Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarks. Joshua is the 2018 recipient of the  ---- The Forum on Workplace Inclusion.

The health and stability of our world depends, not only on the justice of our institutions, but also on the qualities and attitudes of our citizens, our ability to learn, live and work in close proximity and across differences.

Research demonstrates that resilient and high performing organizations all draw from the same sources of power--the ability to talk openly about high stakes, emotional and controversial topics.

                                           K. Patterson (2002)

Help people create cultures of advocacy rather than adversity and avoidance. Reframe out-dated and harmful structures and catalyze new behaviors that assert and lead to the realization of true equity and inclusion.

...the delineated rights of all citizens can no longer be abstractions, but must be realities.            Lagon & Clark (2014)

Every wall is a door when you are ready to get to the other side
